Tom Colicchio and Craft Los Angeles comemmorate the restaurant’s 10-year milestone with a five-course family-style dinner with acclaimed chef friends. The evening will begin at 6:30 pm with passed hors d’oeuvres courtesy of chef Alex Chang (The Exchange) and cocktails at the Craftbar lounge and patio, followed by a seated dinner in Craft’s dining room. The dinner will feature courses from Tom Colicchio & Craft LA chef de cuisine Denis Crutchfield and pastry chef Shannon Swindle, as well as Jessica Koslow (Sqirl), Ludo Lefebvre (Trois Mec, Petit Trois, etc.) and Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo (Animal, Son of a Gun, Jon & Vinny's). Following Craft tradition, the menu will be served family-style, honoring local ingredients and farmers. Guests are invited to stay and celebrate into the evening for after-dinner drinks.
