BY Lydia Martin | November 5, 2018 | Feature Features

Be it a hostess gift, a stocking stuffer or a decadent daily treat, these luxe L.A.-made chocolates satisfy the most discerning sweet tooth.
Valerie Confections' Champagne Petits Fours

Known for fusing chocolate with design, the Brentwood-based brand Compartés has been setting the bar since 1950, especially now, under owner Jonathan Grahm, who celebrates vivid packaging and inventive flavor profiles. The limited-edition holiday bars (from $12) feature flavors like orange cranberry, pumpkin spice, cinnamon toast and sticky toffee.

Milla Chocolates
Culver City-based brand Milla Chocolates is offering three customizable gift sets for holiday, including the assorted dragée box (from $52), the bonbon box (from $58) and the large holiday gift box (from $110), all wrapped in Milla’s signature matte black packaging.

Valerie Confections
Since opening in 2004, Valerie Confections has gained major praise for its gourmet chocolates, cakes and confections. Try a box of the Champagne Petits Fours ($55 for 12 pieces), made with Champagne ganache hand-dipped in dark chocolate and topped with edible 23K gold.
