Head to one of L.A.'s stellar museum and gallery gift shops for unique presents that go way beyond the expected wares.
Hauser & Wirth DTLA gallery's shop

Hammer Museum
Artist Andrea Zittel’s A-Z West Works pop-up at the Hammer Store (in store only) will carry one-of-a-kind ceramics, textiles, furnishings, books, clothing and more made by artists from SoCal’s High Desert community.

Hauser & Wirth
The DTLA gallery’s gift shop is offering rare treats for holiday, including sculptural earrings by British jeweler Sian Evans and Alba, an exquisite perfume created with Julian F. Bedel, the founder of Fueguia 1833.

The Wear LACMA fall collection featuring designs by Wolk Morais will be in store, as will limited-edition accessories from the Gucci Courrier Collection, all adorned with special patches bearing the museum’s logo.

The contemporary art mecca boasts a destination boutique, with offerings from local designers like Maya Brenner and Clare V., and a silk scarf inspired by John Baldessari’s famous print, “I Will Not Make Any More Boring Art.”

The Broad
Head downtown for the Kellys and Kusamas, and linger longer to peruse The Shop at The Broad. Incredible books—tabletop and more—are on offer, as well as limited-edition signed prints by Takashi Murakami.
