The virtual reality pioneers at Dreamscape Immersive bring three exciting adventures to the cybersphere.
Dreamscape Immersive’s The Blu: Deep Rescue is an interactive adventure in which you help reunite a family of whales.
When Dreamscape Immersive launched Alien Zoo’s limited run at Westfield Century City last year, Angelenos fortunate enough to experience the virtual reality sensation of visiting an alien wildlife park orbiting the Earth earned ultimate bragging rights to one of 2018’s most talked about premieres. As luck would have it, the VR innovators have returned to WCC in a permanent new location, allowing every would-be adventurer to explore the wonders of Alien Zoo and two new experiences. “We had a lot of assumptions validated when we did the Alien Zoo pop-up last year,” say Dreamscape CEO Bruce Vaughn. “One was the importance of the shared experience. We also saw that the guest is truly the star of the story and discovered the importance of the awe and wonder that comes the moment you realize you are the protagonist.”
Upon arrival, travelers enter an environment that feels like a cross between a 19th- century explorers club and an intergalactic airport. Whether you choose Alien Zoo; Lavan’s Magic Projector: The Lost Pearl, an Indiana Jones-esque expedition; or The Blu: Deep Rescue, an undersea quest to save an 80-foot blue whale, you are guaranteed the adventure of a lifetime. “We're very proud of the fact that, though each adventure has a different flavor, they have many things in common that make them Dreamscape experiences.” Vaughn adds. “Whether you are 10 years old or 80, there is something for everyone.”
