High-end staging is one of the design world’s most competitive sports. And this year, throwing its hat into the ring is ASH NYC, the New York-based firm behind many of Manhattan’s top properties and design-forward hotels. The firm’s West Coast business began with a bang through the styling of , a Noah Walker-designed home currently on the market for $4.985 million. It doubles as a show house for the newcomers, who’ve set up shop in El Sereno—and boasts extensive high-end inventory, the firm’s own custom furniture and selections from local retailers like Lawson-Fenning and Apparatus. “We don’t believe in expanding in any market unless we do it the right way and can oversee our work from the lens of a true Angeleno,” says founding partner and CEO Ari Heckman. “We’ve invested strategically to offer the same highest-possible level of service and detail we’re known for on the East Coast.”
