If you want to ring in the weekend the right way, brunch is always the answer.
Lucky for you, weekend brunch will now be served at A.O.C. at its Brentwood location beginning Feb. 26.
Chef Suzanne Goin and business partner Caroline Styne have created an unforgettable brunch experience with some mouthwatering dishes and a divine atmosphere.
The menu features everyone’s favorite signature brunch foods intertwined with a good selection of Goin’s special creations that display the A.O.C. unique style.
Some notable savory dishes to start your morning include a Farmer’s Plate with vegetables, muhammara and chickpea purée, burrata and grilled toast; a Moroccan Chopped Chicken Salad with kale, chickpeas, charmoula, golden raisins and almonds and the Dungeness Crab Omelette with haricot verts, scallion salsa, burrata and crème fraîche.
For all the egg-lovers out there, they have a wide selection of egg dishes including Wood-Oven Baked Eggs and grilled toast with chickpeas, cavolo nero, feta and aleppo; a Scrambled Egg Focaccia Sandwich with hook’s cheddar, hill’s bacon and chive crème fraîche and the A.O.C. Brioche with Melted Gruyere with frisée, prosciutto and a sunny-side up egg.
If you’re looking for something a bit sweeter to start your day, A.O.C. has Suzanne’s Spanish Fried Chicken and Cornmeal Waffle with chile-cumin butter, jamon serrano and as much maple syrup as your heart desires. They also have a Vanilla Bean Brioche French Toast with meyer lemon curd and harry’s berries to satisfy your sweet tooth in no time.
In addition to weekend brunch, lunch is going be on the schedule starting March 2 every Wednesday to Friday.
For those of you who haven’t stepped into an A.O.C. restaurant, expect to see a synergy of traditional and contemporary visions in addition to elegance, serenity and charm. The restaurant consists of the main bar room with welcoming velvet booths, a large communal table and a charcoal wood back bar; a dining room with striking shades of green and a private dining room that can hold up to 40 guests.
Brunch service will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner service is held Sunday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m and until 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
