Art & Home at Room & Board

| November 3, 2014 | Parties

More than 30 works of art were sold, raising over $7,000 to support Los Angeles Family Housing at the first-ever Art & Home fundraiser. The event was co-hosted by Angeleno magazine and Room & Board in the store's stylishly appointed 40,000 square foot Culver City showroom. An eclectic crowd of artists, art collectors, designers and philanthropists perused the works of over 90 local artists while portraitist Julie Arnoff painted stylized portraits of guests in the moment. LA Family Housing helps families transition out of homelessness and poverty through a continuum of housing enriched with supportive services. DJ Angelo of MichaelAngelo Music provided beats for the evening, with drinks from Loft & Bear, Compliment Wine, Keurig and Jarritos and catering by The Farm of Beverly Hills.
