The first designer showcase brought over 1,000 Angelenos to AVANT at 1360 Figueroa. Seven model units designed by Urban Colony, Nadia Geller Designs, and The Cordrey Collection featured firsthand leading edge apartment design that appeals to today's urban dwellers. From the roof deck to the pool and amenity floor DTLA unveiled the first new development built to work, live and play in South Park.
