The Party
A handful of L.A.’s most fashionable ladies gathered at the Beverly Hills abode of Donatienne’s Nikki Erwin to celebrate the launch of the line’s fall 2014 handbag collection with the designer’s favorite meal: brunch. “I love doing brunch with my girlfriends. I feel so chic and pretty,” says Erwin. “It’s such a fun, girly thing to do.”
The Scene
Erwin’s lush backyard created the perfect ambience for the posh affair, with vibrant floral arrangements and stunning new black-and-white Donatienne handbags on display. Guests including Lea Michele, Jessica Szohr, Emmanuelle Chriqui and Jennifer Meyer sipped on Confessions vodka mojitos and ClubW wine, while chatting over delectable favorites like Caprese tea sandwiches and tarragon chicken salad from co-host Haylie Duff’s cookbook, The Real Girl’s Kitchen—all whipped up by the Cooking Channel star herself.
The Highlights
Partygoers created their own bouquets with buds from TheBouqs and let their silly sides show in a photo booth with props ranging from lips and mustaches to glittery, heart-shaped glasses.
