Ben Biscotti, the visionary co-founder of 1iota Productions, has been crafting unforgettable experiences for over two decades. From providing exclusive access to the country’s most sought-after events, such as the MTV VMAs and the NBA All-Star Weekend, to creating bespoke experiences that have become annual must-attend affairs in Los Angeles, Biscotti has cemented his position as an industry pioneer.
Among Biscotti’s ventures, Rosé Day LA shines as a sumptuous summer celebration of fine wines and exquisite cuisine. Entering its fourth year, the event takes place June 8 at the picturesque King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, promising an unparalleled display of food and wine opulence. Rosé Day LA transforms the landscape into an enchanting vineyard featuring a gourmet food court masterfully curated by Michelin star recipient and Iron chef Marc Forgione. There is something for everyone, from exquisite rosé offerings to gourmet food pairings, leisure games, floral photo moments and even a brand-new nonalcoholic and wellness integration zone.

Attendees will indulge in a seven-hour complimentary bar, offering an array of rosé wines, Champagnes, spirits and specialty cocktails from esteemed partners. Live DJ performances from renowned artists such as Anderson .Paak heightens the event’s vibrant atmosphere while surprise guests and celebrities, like the previous year’s DJ booth commandeered by Jamie Foxx, infuse an element of excitement and allure. The event’s signature moment is the breathtaking descent of a helicopter, showering rose petals upon the awestruck crowd below—a mesmerizing visual that epitomizes the event’s dedication to luxury.
Biscotti attributes the success of the brands to the unrivaled expertise of his team and partners, including top industry veterans Sylvain Bitton, Tony Schubert and JT Torregiani.
