THE PARTY Thespians from both sides of the pond came together for BAFTA’s annual A-list-heavy tea party, held at The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. THE PLAYERS Bradley Cooper, Olivia Munn, Danny Huston, Ben Affleck, Freida Pinto, Dev Patel, Bon Jovi, Daniel Day-Lewis, Roman Coppola, Sally Field, Francesca Eastwood, Kathryn Bigelow, Tim Burton, Helena Bonham Carter THE HIGHLIGHTS A constellation of screen stars poured into the hotel ballroom the afternoon before the Golden Globes to share well-wishes over six different types of tea. Showing no signs of pre-awards-show jitters, nominees including Jackman, Hathaway, Cooper, Affleck and Lawrence made the meet-and-greet rounds among a crowd. Britons Julian Fellowes of Downton Abbey and So You Think You Can Dance’s Nigel Lythgoe were treated to a taste of home through a spread of traditional English fare including scones and finger sandwiches.
