Real estate power couple Rayni and Branden Williams open The Beverly Hills Estates, their boutique firm specializing in architecturally significant and one-of-a-kind luxury properties.
“We are Williams & Williams and will always be, however, we wanted our brokers and our brand to embody a community, a lifestyle and an ‘estate of mind,’” says Rayni Williams, who, along with Branden Williams—her partner in life and in business—recently launched real estate brokerage firm The Beverly Hills Estates. “We also did not want to use our names so agents can use their own names to shine and build their own brands,” she adds. With impressive stats—including selling Frank Lloyd Wright’s Ennis House for $18 million, the highest sale of any of the legendary architect’s properties—the duo represents some of the world’s most expensive listings, including The One in Malibu, and has drawn top agents like Michelle Graci, Angel Salvador, Mia Trudeau and more to the firm, a boon that’s responsible for the firm clearing $1.5 billion in sales in its first year alone.
Beyond its impressive track record and portfolio, what makes The Beverly Hills Estates stand out is its unique private membership club, which grants members access to its clubhouse on Sunset Boulevard, bespoke events, concierge services and more. “We are inviting... members of the real estate community that are outside of brokers, including landscape architects, architects, designers, builders—you name it—to be part of The Beverly Hills Estates,” says Branden. “It is a creative incubator inside The Beverly Hills Estates and we are constantly collaborating.”
Although the fast-paced real estate world is always changing, “location, land and views are popular and always the best investments,” says Rayni, who names Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Malibu and the Hollywood Hills as popular neighborhoods in L.A. right now, along with Montecito. “There is no better weather than here,” she adds. “L.A. is the best city in the world, so it’s no wonder we have the best homes to accompany it.” thebeverlyhillsestates.com
