In support of The American Cancer Society, $1 of each Miss Ume sold will go toward the organization. A truly L.A. cocktail, it is made with Mulholland Vodka, soju, amaro nonino, yuzu, lime and ume syrup.

The Langham Huntington is supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month with two Think Pink treatments at Chuan Spa (10% of proceeds go to the Women’s Cancers Program at City of Hope). A portion of proceeds from the cocktail will go to the L.A.-based Angel Food Project, which helps feed recently diagnosed patients and their families. Made with Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, it also features lime, elderflower liquor, cucumber, rose water and soda water.

Hospitality group Noble 33 is commemorating Breast Cancer Awareness Month with the Hope Blooms cocktail, of which $2 of each drink sold will support the National Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation. In Los Angeles, you can find the vibrant mezcal cocktail at Casa Madera, Toca Madera, Sparrow Italia and Cafe Fig.
