There’s no ingredient that’s been on the tip of our tongues more than cannabis. With California’s legalization, every investor is trying to get a piece of the industry, from shops like The High End at Barneys New York selling designer edibles to ultrasleek matcha and smoothie shops offering CBD add-ons. The culinary masterminds behind Kiva Confections have been holding culinary pop-ups fusing the ingredient into cutting-edge cuisine, and bartender Chris Amirault of Otium was even featured making CBD cocktails in MedMen’s magazine. The limit is sky-high and we are here for it.
