Caruso's 8500 Burton & James Beard Foundation honor Caroline Styne

On June 6th, Caruso’s 8500 Burton honored Caroline Styne, this year’s recipient of James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year Award.

Caroline was joined by her business partner Suzanne Goin (James Beard Outstanding Chef, 2016) and James Beard Foundation’s Yvon Ros. Hosted on the penthouse deck of 8500 Burton, which is home to the restaurateurs’ The Larder at Burton Way, guests enjoyed cocktails and canapes courtesy of The Larder at Burton Way.
