DavidBartonGym in Los Angeles is opening their doors to the public this Thanksgiving, November 26, giving members and non-members alike the opportunity to get carved with an exclusive 60-minute, full body weight training workout to prevent post-dinner weight gain at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

"An intense weight training session before a Thanksgiving feast is beneficial because your muscles will be in need of the proteins, carbs, and fats that one can expect from such a meal," says DavidBartonGym expert trainer, Daniel Stransky. "Workout before the meal so that the meal will work for you!"
