Chaya Brasserie Presents A Guest Chef Series Featuring Executive Chef Haru Kishi and Guest Chef Marcel Vigneron

Chaya Brasserie presents: A Culinary Collaboration from Market to Table, a six-Course tasting menu featuring California Cuisine, featuring farmer's market seasonal and organic ingredients. Executive Chef, Haru Kishi will be preparing this decadent menu with Guest Chef, Marcel Vigneron.

Haru Kishi brings with him over 15 years of international experience at some of the world's most renowned restaurants under celebrated chefs such as Gordon Ramsay.

Marcel Vigneron has worked all over the globe with world-renowned chefs, including Joel Robuchon and Michael Mina. He gained national notoriety by finishing as runner-up in season two of Bravo's Top Chef. Guido Ortuno, resident bartender of Chaya Brasserie will also be pouring cocktails with guest mixologist Devon Espinosa of the Tasting Kitchen.
