Cipriani will soon bring its worldwide-established food and culture to Beverly Hills.
Opening on Jan. 10, the new restaurant promises to capture the glamour of Old Hollywood. The West Coast expansion marks the first California outpost of Cipriani, which maintains its simple principles of quality, luxury and service after four generations. It adds to its presence found across the globe in Venice, Milan New York, Miami, Mexico City, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Monte Carlo, Las Vegas and beyond.
“We are very excited to open in the heart of Beverly Hills in an area that sees many prestigious art and entertainment neighbors and we are looking forward to serving local and international customers alike,” said Maggio Cipriani, fourth generation of the Cipriani family and president of Cipriani USA.
Florentine architect Michele Bonan's sleek nautical design showcases leather chairs, Murano chandeliers and deep green velvet accents, which is complemented by the Carlos Almada-designed jazz lounge that draws inspiration from old Hollywood. The music space—which will be open to diners three nights each week— is adorned with palm trees, zebra fabrics, arches and a grand piano.
What’s more, Cipriani Beverly Hills will feature many of Cipriani's classic dishes, such as the baked tagliolini with ham and vanilla meringue cake.
Come springtime, the restaurant will open its patio for alfresco dining. Upon opening, it will have lunch and dinner service seven days a week: Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The jazz cafe will be open on Thursday from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m.
