Rum lovers gathered at The Library bar at The Redbury hotel Tuesday night as boozie event goers were wowed by guest mixologists Adrian Biggs, the cocktail guru behind La Descarga,and Jaymee Mandeville of Drago Centro who is notorious for her unorthodox cocktail skills. Jaymee manned the DIY daiquiri bar while Adrian taught Rum 101 with an exclusive aged rum flight. The outdoor ambiance was perfection on the rooftop as guests played billiards and smoked hand rolled cigars rolled on the spot!
