Dior Had a Pop-Up in Beverly Hills

| February 21, 2017 | Parties

Fashionistas flocked to Dior’s exclusive Beverly Hills pop-up.

High-fashion made way for high-art during the Los Angeles unveiling of Dior Lady Art, a shoppable Rodeo Drive pop-up gallery showcasing silk scarves, wallets and the iconic Lady Dior bag reimagined by seven artists, including Ian Davenport, Daniel Gordon and Marc Quinn.

Wearable art took on a new meaning as starlets like Ahna O’Reilly, Britt Robertson and Halston Sage admired the handbags while decked out in Dior frocks. Zoey Deutch kept her abstract Chris Martin-designed purse close by, while actors Shameik Moore, Jesse Metcalfe and Glen Powell—not to be outdone by the women—displayed their own dapper style.

A Lady Dior star a la the Hollywood Walk of Fame stopped guests in their heels upon entering the space, as VIP clientele perused the collection and planned their next splurges. Gillian Jacobs carefully eyed the structured Jason Martin creations before greeting fellow Girls star Zosia Mamet. Actress Jaime King couldn’t help but swoon over Mat Collishaw’s butterfly totes before heading to the fashion house’s rosé-fueled dinner at Spago. -Shontel Horne
