"Pon de Floor" just turned to "Pon de Market." Diplo listed his Los Angeles home for $2.69 million.

The Grammy-winning DJ and producer bought the four-bedroom, 2,524-square-foot property in the Hollywood Hills for $2.425 million in 2016, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Located above Beachwood Canyon, the luminous four-story home offers stunning views of the city thanks to impressive walls of glass and multiple terraces. A penthouse suite with a lofty office and spa bathroom is available at the top. The home features an open-plan, black kitchen and a dining and living area with a fireplace and a soaring ceiling above.

In the residence’s lower levels, the celebrity enjoyed three bedrooms, an office, a yoga retreat and a soundproofed recording studio. The home is decorated with colorful furnishings, which can be purchased along with the home. To escape the City of Angels’ paparazzi, Diplo spent time in his dining patio, wood-covered courtyard, cedar hot tub and outdoor meditation area below the terraces.

The 42-year-old DJ recently dished out $13.15 million for his new property, a Balinese-inspired Malibu mansion that used to belong to musician Kid Rock. The 1.5-acre property is surrounded by tropical trees, an atmosphere which is recreated inside the home with hardwood floors, wood-paneled ceilings and Polynesian-inspired design.

The new home features sitting, dining and living areas with a double-sided fireplace and glass French doors that lead to a patio with a built-in BBQ grill. The kitchen has a chic island, bar seating and honey-colored cabinetry. Diplo can also make the most of an outdoor private backyard with a swimming pool, outdoor shower and a vine-covered al fresco dining area with custom, built-in seating.

Diplo, whose real name is Thomas Wesley Pentz, is known for his solo work and collaborations with Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa, Avicii, Britney Spears, and Madonna. The co-creator and leader of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer is also a member of the supergroup LSD with Sia and Labrinth, and of the electronic duo Jack Ü with Skrillex.

The Mississippi-born DJ was recently criticized for headlining a massive Super Bowl party packed with maskless guests in Tampa, defying CDC guidelines against large gatherings as contagious variants of COVID-19 are spreading through the country.
