In a joint celebration of the Beverly Hills Centennial and the Chinese New Year, the B.H. Chamber of Commerce hosted a spirited bash at the newly renovated restaurant Crustacean. Notable city residents and stars like Terrence Howard, Vivica A. Fox, Alan Thicke and Chamber President John Bendheim were all on hand to partake in the festivities, which included theatrical aerialists and contortionists, and a private concert by American Idol alumni Jessica Sanchez, Pia Toscano and Michael Johns. But the real star of the night was Crustacean’s beloved owner and chef, Helene An, who introduced a delectable new wagyu beef Secret Kitchen dish aptly named The Centennial—the first addition to her iconic menu in nearly 20 years. –Photos by Paul Best and Sean Smith
