Effervescence Festival Toasts All Things Sparkling

During May 3 - 5, Effervescence 2018 hosted winemakers from around the world; their importers; an exceptional team of sommeliers; Los Angeles' own star chefs Walter Manzke, Casey Lane & Kevin Meehan; and Angeleno lovers of bubbly. Events throughout town included the “Billecart-Salmon Collector Champagne Luncheon” at République, “An Evening of Pleasure: Krug x Vinyl” at Kali Restaurant, and master classes at the Kimpton La Peer Hotel. In case you missed out on this year’s festival, don’t fret; planning for Effervescence 2019 is already underway.
