You may be committed to all things Halloween this October, but it would be remiss to not incorporate the bountiful offerings this month from Los Angeles’ best restaurants. There are wine dinners, seasonal cocktails, new menus, culinary events and more happening now and through the fall, so read on and get your reservations ready.

On Oct. 18 at 6:30 p.m., Angelini Osteria will host a wine dinner inspired by Sardegna. Led by Argiolas Winery owner and winemaker Antonio Argiolas and Angelini sommelier Andrea Salaris, the evening will feature the chance to mix and mingle in a dinner party setting over a four-course chef’s tasting menu that will be paired with five unique wines. Additional pours of exclusive vintages will also be available.

The Beverly Wilshire has teamed up with The Beverly High Rye on the perfect fall cocktail. Available at TheBlvd Restaurant & Lounge, TheBlvd Old Fashioned is made with Beverly High Rye Whiskey, turbinado syrup, chicory pecan bitters and lemon and orange twists.

On Oct. 21, chef Rogelio Garcia from the Michelin-starred restaurant at Four Seasons Napa Valley will team with Culina executive chef Mitch Austin and the Culina team for a special dinner that transports guests on a gourmet journey from the coasts of Italy to Napa. On Oct. 25, Grandmaster Recorders will continue its musical dining series with a five-course family-style tasting menu inspired by the Smashing Pumpkins. Menu highlights include honey nut squash arancini, pumpkin focaccia and duck ragu with pumpkin spice and parmigiano reggiano.

La Dolce Vita is open for dinner service on Sundays starting at 5 p.m. Offering a special Sundays-only menu, executive chef Nick Russo has crafted a lineup for a decadent end to the weekend with dishes like arancino with pork ragu, fontina cheese and pomodoro; steak pizzaiola and linguini with chopped fresh clams and shrimp, shellfish broth and marinara.

This month, The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills has London Libations Hour from 3 to 5 p.m. from Tuesday to Friday. The London-inspired menu features gin-based cocktails and British pub favorites. Also, starting Oct. 15, signature restaurant Boxwood will have a traditional Sunday Roast menu every Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. The menu has a two-course option for $45 or a three-course option for $52 and features potted smoked trout, roasted sirloin beef, Yorkshire pudding, buttered green beans, English sticky toffee pudding and more.

On Oct. 24, The Madeira Wine Experience will take place at The Maybourne Beverly Hills for a day of walk-around tasting and seminars. Participating wineries include Blandy’s, Cossart Gordon/Miles, Henriques & Henriques, Justino’s Madeira Wines/Broadbent Selections, d’Oliveira/The Rare Wine Company and Vinhos Barbeito/The Rare Wine Company. On Oct. 25 from 6 to 8 p.m., experience a custom three-course menu by executive chef Eric Samaniego that showcases local seasonal produce. Each course can be paired with Italian wines recommended by Michael’s sommelier. Michale’s on Naples has also debuted a seasonal cocktail menu with 10 new craft creations like the Spice Queen and Torta Della Nonna, which showcase fresh local ingredients.

Mïrate will have its inaugural Festival de Vino Mexicano from Oct. 13 to 15. On Oct. 27, Sugar Palm at Viceroy Santa Monica will debut its new chef’s tasting table menu. Available for $99, the intimate dining experience runs six courses at the restaurant’s indoor bar and has just eight seats per dinner. It takes place one Friday per month and wine and cocktail pairings can be added on. Menu highlights for the Oct. 27 and forthcoming Nov. 10 dinners include tuna tartare, salmon tiradito and charred octopus. Reservations are now open.
