FENDI Casa & The Agency

| March 7, 2014 | Parties

The official unveiling of the FENDI Casa Residence at The Carlyle Residences took place February 20th, delighting over 80 guests who were in attendance to witness the building’s newest model residence. Sitting high above L.A.’s Wilshire Corridor, on the 21st floor of The Carlyle Residences, agents, designers and members of the press enjoyed fresh caviar, Prosecco, and white wine catered by Petrossian in West Hollywood while enjoying live entertainment from a saxophonist with 90210 Entertainment and taking in stunning panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains and city. The Carlyle, with Luxury Living, exclusive retailer of FENDI Casa, outfitted the 2,837-square-foot two-bedroom residence with striking pieces from the FENDI Casa Contemporary Collection. Designed by Toan Nguyen, the interior incorporates the rich elemental colors of cuoio (reddish brown), lava and earth paired with inherently modern furniture. The stunning design includes a voluminous Agadir sectional sofa with Villa Borghese embroidery in the living room, a Serengeti dining room table in ebony macasar paired with Blixen chairs in gunmetal frame and coordinating buckles unique to the Contemporary Collection, and artwork on display from Art Angels. Guests had the opportunity to speak with Samantha Sax, director of sales and marketing for Elad Group, the developer of The Carlyle Residences; Billy Rose, The Agency’s President and Co-Founder; Erin O’Connor, The Carlyle Residence’s sales director; and Kathryn Rotondi, FENDI Casa’s Showroom Manager. Remaining homes at The Carlyle Residences range from two- to three-bedrooms and start at $2.475 million.
