Luckily, fine-jeweler Vrai and British luxury sustainable fashion brand Bottletop are teaming up to create the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for a loved one, yourself and even the earth. The limited-edition VRAI x BOTTLETOP bracelet elegantly combines sustainable diamonds and recycled plastic into a chic statement on fashion and the environment. The bracelet’s adorable charm—a nod to Bottletop’s groundbreaking ecological bag design–features both a round brilliant and a bezel trillion diamond which were created with no carbon footprint. The bracelet's delicate adjustable cord, available in both red and black, is made from Parley Ocean Plastic that has been collected in marine habitats. Amazingly, each bracelet represents two pounds of plastic that have been removed from our precious oceans.
The teams at Vrai and Bottletop have thought of how to increase the bracelet’s impact at every level. In order to support #TOGETHERBRAND—a global project aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals through creative endeavors—a portion of sales will be dedicated to Alight and WWF Tanzania Coral Reef. These NGOs support the UN Sustainable Development Goals to promote, “Good Health and Well-Being,” and to protect, “Life Below Water,” respectively. Even the VRAI x BOTTLETOP bracelet packaging incorporates recycled-cardboard shipping boxes and molded trays made of renewable, compressed sugarcane pulp.
