After cutting her live chops on the Eras Tour, born-and-raised Angeleno Gracie Abrams will perform as part of FireAid.
The industry’s biggest artists are coming together for a night of solidarity and music to close out January. Whether you’re attending in-person or livestream, read on for everything you need to know about FireAid.
The FireAid Benefit Concert will take place on Jan. 30 to help rebuild the Los Angeles communities that have been devastated by the wildfires. Happening at two venues on the same night, the Kia Forum show will open its doors at 5 p.m., and music will start at 6 p.m. Here, the lineup includes Alanis Morissette, Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Anderson .Paak, John Fogerty, Stephen Stills, Dave Matthews and John Mayer, Dawes, Graham Nash, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, No Doubt, P!nk and The Black Crowes. The Intuit Dome will also open its doors at 5 p.m., but the event starts at 7:30. At the Clippers’ home base, attendees will get to watch Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Rod Stewart, Earth, Wind & Fire, Lil Baby, Stevie Wonder, Gracie Abrams, Olivia Rodrigo, Sting, Jelly Roll, Peso Peluma, Tate McRae and Katy Perry.
For those who can’t attend in person, the star-studded concert will be broadcast and streamed on Amazon Music/Prime Video, Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Disney+/Hulu, Facebook/Instagram, iHeartRadio, KTLA+, Max, Netflix/Tudum, Paramount Plus, Peacock/NBC News Now, SiriusXM’s “LIFE with John Mayer” channel, SoundCloud, Veeps and YouTube. Select AMC Theatres will also be holding screenings.
The Kia Forum is a cashless venue with a clear bag policy. Concertgoers can carry their belongings in a clear bag sized up to 12” x 6” or non-clear wristlets/clutches that are sized up to 9” x 6.” You can also bring a gallon-sized plastic bag.
Be sure to make your commute plan in advance. If you drive, you can buy a parking pass now for both the Forum and Intuit Dome. You can also arrive a little early to search for a spot at nearby, but offsite surface lots. Additionally, if you opt for the L.A. Metro Bus Lines, take the 211/215 to the Prairie/Manchester or Prairie/Kelso stops. Alternatively, if you take a rideshare service like Uber, map your drive to the dedicated ride-share pick-up/drop-off lot located at lot H.
Before you leave, you’ll also want to add your ticket to your digital wallet if you are attending the Forum show. For the Intuit Dome concert, each person needs the Intuit Dome app downloaded to their phone because each adult attendee is required to have their own ticket on their phone. Whoever purchased tickets can assign each ticket to the members of your party. Then, when completing your profile on the app, you can opt for Game Face ID (which involves uploading a selfie so you can enter through the Zoom Thru entrance) or Identity Pass (which requires just a tap upon entry). Lastly, you’ll want to upload a form of payment to the app if you plan to make any retail or concession purchases.
You’ll be set to drink and snack on popcorn, hot dogs, tacos and other standard arena concessions at both venues. However, you can also plan to eat at a nearby place if you prefer a standard restaurant experience. Check out Dulan’s, Calo Kitchen, 1010 Wine & Events or Cork & Batter for your pre-concert meal. See our full list of nearby recommended restaurants.
FireAid is Los Angeles’ biggest event since the wildfires began on Jan. 7. Bringing together Los Angeles natives, longtime residents and beloved artists will foster a welcoming, emotional and inspiring space for the city to head into a better 2025. Between hearing your favorite songs, you can know that you’re doing good because donations from the event will benefit both immediate efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters in Southern California. Lastly, attendees won’t have to miss a moment of musical magic. When the Kia Forum show starts, concert-goers at Intuit Dome will be able to watch a live stream on screens inside the venue of what’s happening across the street. Meanwhile, those at the Forum will be able to watch the Intuit Dome concert on screens when their show ends until the end of the event.
The Kia Forum is located at 3900 W Manchester Blvd 90305, and the Intuit Dome is located at 3930 W Century Blvd 90303.
