What’s better than winding down the week at happy hour with your best friends?
Doing so in a space that’s basically a lush secret garden.
For the next three months, the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is hosting a new pop-up cocktail lounge that transforms the lobby-level indoor and outdoor space into a botanical garden.
“With immersive floral installations and expertly curated cocktails and small bites to match, the new pop-up cocktail lounge will transport guests to a fresh botanical garden without ever needing to leave the city of Los Angeles,” said Michael Newcombe, general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
Honing in on its theme, the pop-up offers floral-inspired cocktails by Ketel One and Ketel One Botanicals and fresh menu items from executive chef Mitch Austin. It all comes together with installations by floral artisan Poppy Lavender.
“I AM SO PROUD OF US! The PLF crew that was assembled for this install were a DREAM TEAM for sure,” reads a Poppy Lavender Instagram post. “I personally learnt so much while designing for this project & I am excited about the growth of PLF.”

The Australian-born, Los Angeles-based florist worked in TV producing before switching industries and converting a 1971 horse trailer into a flower mobile to sell her creations around the city.
While surrounded by blooming flower masterpieces, guests can sip on the Beverly Rose (Ketel One Botanica Grapefruit & Rose, watermelon, jalapeño, lemon), the Basil Cali Bliss (Ketel One Vodka, butterfly flower tea, blackberries, lemon, ginger beer) or the Orange Grove (seedlip orange grove, orange, cinnamon, and spiced ginger ale), among other options. Featured small bites include marinated olives, truffle fries and sliders, vegetable crudites, hummus and flatbread, tuna tartare bites, beet-cured ora king salmon and oysters.
Ketel One’s botanical line promises a refreshing spirit experience. Distilled with real botanicals and infused with fruit flavors, it has no sugar, artificial sweetener or artificial flavors.
The pop-up cocktail lounge will be open weekly, Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is located at 300 Doheny Dr. 90048.
