Bono’s quote, “Music can change the world because it can change people,” took on a life of its own on February 22, 2014 when men and women came together for a night of music and dance in support of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Freeze HD hosted this event, located at Mack Sennett Studios, with the intentions of raising awareness and ultimately to promote and support scientific research and medical advances for Huntington’s Disease. Since the discovery of a specific gene as the cause of this disease, research has drastically gained momentum and is moving forward to end HD all together. For more information on this movement visit www.hdsa.org/freeze.
