THE PARTY The food-filled extravaganza, Live & Dine L.A., celebrating Angeleno’s 10th annual restaurant issue THE PLAYERS Brendan Marshall, Monica Melton, Ray Garcia, Erik Oberholtzer, Steve Livigni, Ricardo Zarate, Roxanna Jullapat THE HIGHLIGHTS More than 500 tastemakers gathered at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows to help raise $10,000 for P.S. Arts. The event kicked off with an awards presentation to Angeleno’s winning chefs, including Andrew Kirschner, recipient of the Best New Restaurant designation. Wells Fargo honored Tender Greens founder Erik Oberholtzer with the Pioneering Spirit award for his work with the nonprofit Sustainable Life Project. The Bradco Kitchens and Baths team showed a new kitchen model (with a sliding countertop) just steps from food booths serving dishes from Plan Check Bar + Kitchen and other top L.A. eateries. VIPs waited to enjoy bites created by top chefs at the Kitchit Dining Room while auto afficionados checked out Audi’s latest models. As partygoers sipped on Stella Artois and custom cocktails by Blind Barber and Veev, they were mesmerized by the riffs of jazz singer Brenna Whitaker.
