There is nothing quite as quintessential Los Angeles as a summer night at the Hollywood Bowl, and evenings at the iconic amphitheater just got even better.
The Los Angeles Philharmonic announced the official return of Winemaker Wednesdays and Sunday Market tastings for the 2022 summer season. Hand selected by the Bowl’s wine director, Caroline Styne, visitors can partake in complimentary wine tastings in the Plaza Marketplace at the Box Office Plaza ahead of a show. And if you really like a certain wine, you can buy a bottle on site to enjoy later in the evening.
“I’m so thrilled to be back in action with our Wednesday and Sunday Market tasting series at the Hollywood Bowl. I love being able to bring local winemakers, brewers and wine professionals together with our guests, face to face, to enhance the overall food and wine experience at the Bowl,” says Styne, who was named Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year in 2018 by the James Beard Foundation.
