Before the season shifts, we think it’s important to make sure you’ve done all essential summer activities— namely a classic summer barbecue.
Hotel Bel-Air has you covered for the ultimate, elevated barbecue experience just as the season winds down. On Sept. 6, it will put on its popular end-of-summer barbecue from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Wolfgang Puck and executive chefs Connor McVay and Tiffany Pascua will be joined by high-profile chefs Francis Mallmann, Nancy Silverton, Eric Werner, Adam Perry Lang, Burt Bakman, Arjun Mahendro, Victor Delgado, Jorge Alvarez, John Cleveland and Leonard Botello IV for the collaborative culinary event.
Surrounded by lush, vibrant gardens, guests will dine at communal tables and get to enjoy the individual talent of each chef, who will showcase their unique approaches to barbecue preparation. The sampling of diverse tastes and cooking techniques will be accompanied by select wine pairings from local California wineries.
In addition to the decadent barbecue experience, guests can partake in a silent auction that will benefit the LA Promise Fund, which runs programs and engagement opportunities for students and teachers across Los Angeles County. The organization operates on the belief that students are successful in college, career and life when education inequities and opportunity gaps are reduced.
What’s more, any excess prepared food from the dinner will go to the Chefs to End Hunger initiative, which redistributes prepared food by hotel, restaurant and other foodservice customers to local charitable organizations that serve meals to their communities in need.
Priced at $350 per person before fees, tickets are now available.
Hotel Bel-Air is located at 701 Stone Canyon Rd 90077.
