The International Myeloma Foundation’s 9th Annual Comedy Celebration honors the late Peter Boyle and benefits the Peter Boyle Research Fund and supports the Black Swan Research Initiative® (BSRI) to find a cure for myeloma.
Hosted by Fred Willard (Modern Family), the scheduled comedic acts include Jeff Garlin (The Goldbergs), Tom Green (Tom Green Live), Andy Kindler (Bob's Burgers), Heather McDonald (Chelsea Lately), and Kevin Nealon (Saturday Night Live / Weeds), plus special musical guest Paul Shaffer (Late Show with David Letterman), with more to be announced.
Renowned actor Peter Boyle (Everybody Loves Raymond) died in late 2006 after a four year battle with myeloma, an incurable cancer of the bone marrow and one of the fastest growing blood cancers in the world. Through laughter, the event honors Boyle and raises money for research to find a cure.
The International Myeloma Foundation is the oldest and largest non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of myeloma patients while also working toward prevention and a cure. Click here for tickets.
