A once-in-a-lifetime culinary collaboration between world-renowned chefs kicked off Los Angeles' Taste America weekend at the Vibiana. Dubbed A Night of Culinary Stars, the exclusive dining event benefited the James Beard Foundation. The JBF Taste America evening began with a reception filled with bites and libations from local chefs, including Host Chef Neal Fraser (Redbird), Vinny Dotolo (Animal), Walter Manzke (République), Ori Menashe (Bestia) and Ari Taymor (Alma). Afterwards, guests were seated for an exceptional dinner prepared by Taste America All-Star Aarón Sánchez (Paloma) and Local Star Nancy Silverton with Matt Molina and Dahlia Narvaez (Mozza Restaurant Group), who were grouped together to create a unique multi-course menu diners won't forget.
