VINTAGE FLAIR
Judy Jimenez Visutsiri (@judyjimenezvisutsiri) describes her style as “’70 vintage glamour with a modern-day disco twist.” Her favorite brands include Gucci, Dries van Noten and YSL. “But some of my most coveted one-of-a-kind gems are vintage pieces by designers unknown,” says the L.A. native, who shops at Recess, A Current Affair and New/Found. After beginning her career in interior design at F. Schumacher & Co., Visutsiri now restores real estate properties in Los Angele and Palm Springs (such as a 1960s midcentury Alexander Polynesian ranch) while doing style consulting, designing events and growing her high-fashion archival collection. “My personal collection is very eclectic, filled with ’60/’70s vintage dresses, coats, wraps, turbans and accessories,” says Visutsiri, who loves sequins, feathers and leather. Her Spanish and Mexican backgrounds also inspire her aesthetic. “The primary colors and lush textures found in Latin culture are a major influence on my wardrobe and lifestyle,” she notes. Here, Visutsiri shares some of her fashionable finds.
