Kelly Clarkson has been busy lately. With The Kelly Clarkson Show set to take over the time slot currently held by The Ellen DeGeneres Show on NBC, it’s only fitting that the award-winning singer and talk show host moves herself into a new spot as well.
Clarkson just purchased a $5.445 million mansion, according to the Los Angeles Times. Located in the scenic Los Angeles neighborhood of Toluca Lake, the home is just minutes away from Universal Studios Hollywood, where she films her talk show. The stylish, 5000-square-foot pad comes with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a guesthouse.
The property has a stately aesthetic, featuring a brick motor court out front for guests, as well as plenty of relaxing staples out back. In addition to the open lawn space, the back features a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts and even a gazebo.
The indoors isn’t too bad either, with a chef’s kitchen complete with wooden center island, brick floor and stainless steel appliances. There's also an octagonal breakfast nook that features a stunning view of the back yard.
The formal dining room and sun room are also stunning, with an open fireplace and doors that lead to the back patio.

There is also an open living room with windows that feature plenty of sunshine, as well as a library. Both boast their own fireplaces. Upstairs, one finds the bedrooms and bathrooms, which come with plenty of their own amenities. The primary suite comes stocked with its own kitchen, living space and two walk-in closets.
According to Cosmopolitan, Clarkson has spoken openly about the new home on her talk show, saying “I got a new house, it’s very white and clean.” While some of the living spaces could be ripped straight from The Jetsons, others feature plenty of color and pleasing patterns. The dining room is decorated with beautiful floral wallpaper, while the primary bath is floored with forest green stone.
Clarkson has not been untested in the real estate market. The purchase comes days after the announcement that she sold her $6.3 million mansion in Hendersonville, Tennessee—a 20,000-square-foot wonderland of its own, with seven bedrooms and 11 baths. While she settles into her new shindigs, she stills attempt to sell another $9 million, 10,000-square-foot farmhouse in Encino, California.
Hopefully, her real estate game only gets “Stronger” from here.
