It’s gonna be hard Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and not just because the show on E! finally came to a close.
Kourtney Kardashian just picked up a fully-furnished mansion in Palm Springs for $12 million, according to the New York Post. The newly-constructed house is situated in the upscale La Quinta neighborhood and was finished earlier this year.
The personality and businesswoman posted photos of the luxury desert home on Instagram over Memorial Day weekend. The splashy post showed off the backyard’s stunning infinity pool, surrounded by palm trees and lush grassland. The ridge of the Santa Rosa Mountains embraces the seemingly endless, well-manicured lawn which boasts panoramic views of the California summertime landscape.
The stunning 9,335-square-foot house includes six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, but the real show-stopper is the wide-open mountain view as seen from the open floor-plan living space, complete with sliding glass window walls.
Guest rooms and office spaces offer a plethora of utilization. Lots of floor-to-ceiling windows provide easy access to the outdoors, and an open floor plan in the common areas maximizes space and adds an airy feel.
When she’s ready for some sport, Kardashian can access the neighborhood’s 15-tee golf course, designed by Tom Fazio.
Wood appliances and light-colored furniture exude modern style. The open-air courtyard connects to the open-floor-plan great room. The chef’s kitchen is designed with minimalism in mind with granite countertops and landscaped sitting area with diverse vegetation. Butler’s pantry, a custom bar, and a wine room will be served to meet any dietary needs from the Kardashian family.
The covered patio seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor living area with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors. The transparent glass wall amplifies the house area through the subtle combination of outdoor kitchen with recreational facilities like a pool and indoor living room area which also includes a BBQ and grilling area.
The Poosh founder spent Memorial Day Weekend with her children and her new beau, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. The single mother retains her primary residence in Calabasas, a property she’s owned since 2014. Her mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, also own mansions in the La Quinta community. Keeping Up with the Kardashians aired its final episode on June 10.
