LACMA Art+Film Gala

| March 9, 2018 | Parties

A VIP crowd of more than 600 gathered for the opulent LACMA Art+Film Gala.

THE PARTY It was an evening of glitz, glamour and giving as LACMA feted its seventh annual Art+Film Gala, where a whopping $4.4 million was raised in support of the storied museum’s programming. And with LACMA trustee Eva Chow and Academy Award winner Leonardo DiCaprio playing hosts, it was no surprise that the crowd was A-List all the way. THE SCENE Presenting sponsor Gucci was on everyone’s minds as stars like Jared Leto, Dakota Johnson and Amy Adams shined in the brand’s signature garb. THE HIGHLIGHTS After enjoying a Champagne-filled outdoor reception, guests moved inside to dine on a three-course feast by Patina’s Joachim Splichal as Star Wars legend George Lucas and innovative artist Mark Bradford were honored for their contributions to art and film.
