Berman mentions, “As Toca Madera’s national presence expands, we’re emphasizing the characteristics that our patrons love, which is creating memorable experiences, pushing the boundaries with our cuisine and cocktails and sourcing the best ingredients to elevate the consumer experience." The tomahawk bone marrow entree is served engulfed in flames and floating over tableside prepared salsa verde, which most definitely pushes the boundaries of conventional dining.
The Mexican steakhouse offers cuisine in a modern and organic environment designed by Monochrome that features intimate lighting, biophilic design, handcrafted unique woodwork and velvet upholstery. The signature style in Toca Madera eateries transcends guests and staff alike with the multi-sensory elements throughout. The Las Vegas location encompasses 10,000 square feet, which incorporates large art pieces, visuals and auditory styling to entertain guests as they dine.
Not only is the new Las Vegas location a beautiful site to see, but it also plays with sensationalism with the dishes, drinks and the environment created. The flaming Los Muertos cocktail has an ominous aura and a dramatic presentation that makes an event in itself as it arrives at the table or bartop. Several other unique cocktail options are available to choose from like the Como la Flor which is served in a cascading pond of fog.
Distinctive sound styling established by Dan Whitfield, the Noble 33 vice president of marketing incorporates afro-latin house music along with deep house and melodic house. A mix of live performances and DJs keeps guests vibing while enjoying the savory and sweet selections from the Toca Madera new Las Vegas menu.

The new menu will roll out to other locations following the Las Vegas grand opening and includes the sashimi Mexicano which highlights a fresh and slightly spicy flavor profile with ahi tuna, avocado, pomegranate, cucumber, leche de tigre and chile de árbol. Brand new menu items like the A5 wagyu tacos with kizami wasabi and crispy wonton from corporate executive chef AJ McCloud bring novelty to the tasty dishes prepared and served to Toca Madera guests.
With special attention to organic and sustainable ingredients, additional menu items include osetra caviar with sieved egg, shallots, chives, tostones and a tangy créme fraiche as well as the truffle burger dish which is composed of a wagyu beef and short rib, caramelized mushrooms, truffle gouda and black truffles. The wagyu enchilada combines slow braised rib and queso oaxaca and is served roja style or suiza style. The diver scallops are another savory offering from the new menu and are flavored with aji amarillo, lime-roasted pepita and chimichurri.
The star of the menu is the selection of Japanese and Australian premium beef. The Toca Madera steak menu includes Kobe, wagyu and prime 2 to 40 ounce options. For those who just cannot decide on one, the Kobe flight of three offers the best of the Japanese A5, The Japanese A5 "true" Kobe and the olive Kobe with all three sizzling over a searing Japanese stone.
Taste buds are sure to be delighted as guests enjoy each bite and sip at Toca Madera Las Vegas. An element of danger gives a sensual and unexpected energy to the Las Vegas Toca Madera Restaurant which is scheduled to open on August 9.
