Sipping cocktails for a good cause is always enough motivation to head to your favorite bar, and Negroni Week gives you that perfect reason. From Sept. 16 to 22, bars and restaurants around the world not only commit to a week-long celebration of the Negroni, but to also various giving partners.
This year, Slow Food has been selected as the official Negroni Week giving partner, which is presented by Campari and Imbibe magazine. The organization has been around since its 1986 founding Italy and has grown globally to work to prevent the disappearance of local food cultures and traditions and to ensure everyone has access to good, clean and fair food. More specifically, Slow Food’s Negroni Week fund will support projects that advance cultural and biological diversity and that focus on community-based food and beverage education.
As one would expect from a craft cocktail mecca like Los Angeles, plenty of your favorite spots are participating in Negroni week across town.
