Matthew Perry is on a hot streak this year, both on screen and in the real estate market.
According to Top Ten Real Estated Deals, the Friends star recently unloaded a Malibu beach penthouse for $13.1 million, and another at L.A.'s Century City condos for $21.6 million, the most expensive in Southern California since 2015.
The Century City penthouse occupies the entire 40th floor of the high-rise Century Tower. The 140-unit Century building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and completed in 2009. The Century City condominium attracts celebrities not only for its high-end modern design, but also the security it provides. The building it outfitted with a 24/7 valet, doorman and concierge. Other supplemented amenities include a fitness studio, swimming pool, four acres of gardens, private wine storage and more.
Perry purchased the floor in 2017. The condo spans more than 9,300 square feet and features four bedrooms, eight baths, a game room and home theater. Three parking spaces are available to the unit, but nothing is as breathtaking as the floor-to-cieling glass windows which offer full views of the Los Angeles skyline and enviable sunsets.
Subdued hues play a major room in the design palette, while outdoor terraces and large living spaces create an easygoing atmosphere. The kitchen includes a center island, barstool seating and a separate dining space near the glass walls.
Four multifunctional outdoor dining and entertainment terraces boast stunning panoramic views of the city, mountains and blue coastline.
Perry now mostly resides in New York, though he still owns a cottage in the Pacific Palisades which he purchased last year for $6 million.
Chandler Bing continues his Friends story in 2021 as both a performer and executive producer. Friends: The Union was initially released on May 27, and Perry recently starred in the Netflix film Don't Look Up. See more photos of his recently sold L.A. penthouse below.
