Chef Michael Cimarusti opened his iconic Los Angeles restaurant, Providence, nine years ago and now he is ready for a change! This month, not only will the restaurant's interior be redesigned with the ocean as inspiration, but the menu will also switch to a tasting-focused format, allowing guests to choose from signature dishes, a market menu, or a chef's compendium. With the help of graphic designers Satoko Furuta, Stacie Navarro, Douglas Riccardi, and Rowland Holmes, Providence's new look will be mirrored in the menu presentation and website. The re-launch will take place mid-June, but don't worry because Providence will remain open for business until the end of May.
