A seasoned hospitality veteran, Nick Rimedio brings twenty years of industry experience as the General Manager of La Peer Hotel, which opened in January 2018 in the Design District of West Hollywood. The perfect recipe for any Modern Man: AUTUMN IN AUSTIN
1.5 oz Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon
.75 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Spiced Demerara Syrup
.25 oz Egg White
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
Rosemary sprig
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a shaking tin and add ice. Hard shake and double strain into a rocks glass over pebble ice. Finish with a red wine float and a rosemary sprig for garnish.
