Molly M. was drawn to medical aesthetics the moment she began working in dermatology with a highly skilled mentor. “The way she made people look and feel gave me the spark and motivation that inspired me to do what I love today,” Molly says. As owner of Skin by Molly M, she channels this passion into incredible results for her loyal clientele who travel near and far for their customized treatments, which range from Hydrafacials to stem cell therapy, microneedling, light peels and beyond. Molly addresses a wide variety of skin concerns, including acne scarring, sun damage, eczema and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
The best part of her job is the relationship she forges with her clients. “They are my motivation and fuel that leads me to success on a daily basis,” she says. “My clients leave feeling refreshed with a new perspective. What I do is beyond just skincare.”
Through perseverance and a strong work ethic, the most important thing she’s learned in her career is self-confidence. “You have to believe in what you do and know that you can accomplish what you set your mind to,” she says. She’s constantly working to grow her business, forge collaborations and develop a product line.
“Health and beauty are very much intertwined these days,” says Molly. “We realize now that when we feel good, we look good, but the overall industry is more focused on health and wellness. I’m a firm believer in the biohacking lifestyle—creating treatments that promote skin health and the overall wellness of our bodies with little to no downtime.”
