This November, the Sunset Strip welcomes its newest addition, Casa Madera, a coastal Mexican restaurant at the Mondrian Hotel.
Famous for its boundary-pushing experience of fine dining across the United States, Noble 33 is expanding its renowned lineup, which includes Toca Madera and Sparrow Italia, with the Mondrian-located restaurant. It will join the hotel's food and dining offerings, which currently includes Skybar.“Los Angeles is home to Noble 33, where we’ve been able to cultivate and expand our unique restaurant brands,” said Mikey Tanha, CEO and co-founder of Noble 33. “While West Hollywood is known for its live entertainment and elevated dining, we uniquely combine the two for a multi-sensory experience that can only be found at a Noble 33 restaurant."
Casa Madera is set to be a one-of-a-kind experience on the Sunset Strip. It stands out through Monochrome’s architectural design across 8,000 square feet with inspirations drawn from the sand and sea. Its exterior is designed to accommodate all-year-round dining and the sophisticated interior centers around a beautiful bar, separating al fresco tables from booths and private dining rooms.
"Patrons will be instantly transported to the Mayan Riviera as they step inside a bright and airy retreat featuring immersive design and a curated soundscape," said Noble 33 co-founder Tosh Berman. "We have captured the beauty and rapture of coastal Mexico while bringing modern touches to the experience.”
For the menu, chef Aj McCloud has brought in several popular dishes from the Toronto location, including the Ceviche Blanco, a mile-high seafood tower and the sizzling Wagyu a la roca, which comes served on a hot stone.
In addition, beverage director Carla Lorenzo enlivens the menu with Mexican-inspired, refreshing and vibrant cocktails with flavors, including house-made tri-pepper juice, passionfruit, tamarind, papaya, cactus and mole.
Casa Madera sits at the top for modern innovation in L.A done by the Madera Group and Noble 33 providing an excellent vision for Angelenos and international guests. The impeccable service and lively ambiance is something visitors will want to return to.
