Fendi Beverly Hills
From Freda Salvador’s artisanal footwear to Wittmore’s unique menswear and Fendi’s new shop within Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, these new L.A. boutiques are must-visits.
Freda fans get ready! The beloved San Francisco-based footwear brand known for its artisanal craftsmanship and easy wearability is opening a Los Angeles outpost this spring. “L.A. feels like our second home,” shares co-founder Megan Papay, who started the brand more than a decade ago with Cristina Palomo Nelson.“We have such an incredible community there.” After an extensive search for the perfect location, Freda Salvador found an ideal spot in Larchmont Village. “Every time we asked a friend or colleague where we should look, it was always Larchmont,” she explains. “We love the fact that it’s a walking street with other incredible stores and restaurants.” Visitors to the new L.A. store can expect a carefully curated selection of Freda Salvador’s best-sellers—including their iconic Sera fisherman sandals, versatile Jada ballet flats and the preppy Elba penny loafers—along with fresh seasonal styles and L.A. exclusives. “We do offer store exclusives, so that’s definitely on our radar,” Papay explains. “We also love curating vintage and other female-founded brands, so our L.A. friends will be able to discover one-of-a-kind gems.” Papay promises the space will be more than just a store. “Our favorite thing ever is connecting IRL with our community,” she shares. “We will host events, workshops, wine tastings, pop-ups and so much more.” 115 N Larchmont Boulevard 90004
Known for luxurious everyday basics like the perfect travel tote and effortlessly chic silk shirts, Cuyana debuted at the Malibu Country Mart earlier this year. Marking its fourth Golden State location, the woman-built, heritage-led fashion brand’s new store imbues its minimalist design philosophy with the relaxed elegance of Malibu living. Cuyana co-founder and CEO Karla Gallardo is most excited about giving back to the resilient local community. “After the devastating fires, we’re honored to support local residents by donating essential products to help them rebuild,” she shares. “As Malibu regains its strength, we carry a deep sense of responsibility and remain committed to fostering connection and healing by hosting in-store events centered around health and wellness. Our goal is to create a space where the community can come together.” 3835 Cross Creek Rd 90265
For the reopening of its Rodeo Drive flagship, Tory Burch transformed the Beverly Hills space into a striking work of art. With architecture by Curiosity’s Gwenaël Nicolas, the three-story building turns heads with its sculptural lattice façade. Inside, a skylight energizes the space with natural light that cascades from the top floor, down and across the curved interiors accented by Moroccan rugs, Italian Murano glass and French Deco furniture. Burch herself designed and hand-picked every detail of the storefront’s glamorous makeover, allowing shoppers to immerse themselves in the Tory Burch world while perusing bags, shoes, ready-to-wear pieces, jewelry and select Tory Sport pieces in style. 366 N Rodeo Dr 90210
Following its 10-year anniversary, Wittmore opened a storefront at The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge in Studio City. The menswear shop’s new location is its smallest at 750 square feet but stands out for its modern design and unique features. Founder Paul C. Witt’s curation of products (from brands like Kardo, Cuisse de Grenouille, Gramicci and Alex Crane) are displayed like found treasures flanked by two walls of glass and electric blue tile that glows in the sunshine. “This time, we’re doing more with less,” Witt explains. “There’s a lot of people in the Valley with great style, and we felt there was a real need for a multi-brand shopping experience like Wittmore. The Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge has great co-tenants that align with our clientele, like Civil Coffee, Alo, Equinox and Erewhon,” he adds. “We’re big fans.” 4220 Coldwater Canyon 91604
Fendi has opened an elegant new boutique inside Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, bringing Italian luxury to the heart of California. Located near the store’s main entrance, the intimate 613-square-foot space features Fendi’s leather goods and accessories, including iconic handbags like the Peekaboo and Baguette. Inspired by timeless Roman architecture, the boutique entrance is accented by a Champagne metal canopy and travertine columns engraved with subtle FF logos. Inside, luxurious marble flooring ties the boutique’s refined atmosphere together, complemented by handcrafted three-dimensional FF-logo backdrops and a striking column showcasing intricate red-and-white travertine details. Softening the space, Fendi Casa’s elegant stools and carpets invite visitors to explore comfortably. The new boutique perfectly captures Fendi’s unique balance of traditional craftsmanship and modern design, offering a sophisticated shopping experience that blends seamlessly into the glamour of Beverly Hills. 9708 Wilshire Blvd 90212
