From an impactful exhibition to beautifully crafted cocktails and so much more, L.A. has it all this autumn.
Downtown L.A. Proper Hotel invites you to drink in style at its new cocktail bar, Dahlia, from executive chef Suzanne Goin and restauranteur Caroline Styne. Doused in Mexican, Portuguese and Moroccan influences, the menu includes classics with exciting twists, such as the sour with tequila, egg whites and lime, or the old fashioned, crafted with Japanese whiskey and house-smoked cherries. Pair your spirits with Iberian-inspired bites, from the braised leek jamon iberico tartine to festive fondue complete with croutons, sopressata and apples for dipping. properhotel.com
