With beautiful weather year-round, Los Angeles is unparalleled for the plethora of al fresco gatherings, and none are quite as beloved as the rooftop hangout.
Whether grabbing happy hour drinks at sunset or taking in the twinkling night, a go-to rooftop spot is a must. It’s the ultimate place to retreat from the bustling city and a prime example to visiting friends and family that we are lucky enough to live in one of the best cities in the world. Where else can you see the ocean to the hills in one fell swoop? And we haven’t even mentioned the sunsets.
Case in point: rooftops are always a win. And La Peer Hotel knows just that.
The West Hollywood institution just unveiled their all-new rooftop oasis. Offering an elegant and intimate gathering place, the private rooftop garden is encircled by sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills.
Right in the heart of the Design District, La Peer Hotel’s rooftop makes for a quick, tranquil escape from WeHo buzz.
However, you’ll also want to keep your eye out for potential events. The garden also makes for an excellent party space as seen during July’s Dance Yourself Clean event.
Under string lights, the 4,000-square-foot garden is ideal for weddings, concerts and events, in addition to guests looking to relax in the sun. You can even bring along your furry companion.
To celebrate the opening of the new rooftop, La Peer kicked off “Re-Creation” earlier in August. Hosted on select Sundays through October, the music-dance-community event is a residency by Waï adn Avi Snow. Upcoming dates are to be announced.
The garden rooftop is a proper extension of La Peer Hotel’s established intimate elegance. A boutique, design-forward establishment, it houses 105 rooms and suites; a pool and fitness center; 8,000-square-feet of indoor and outdoor dining and lounge space, including the European-inspired Issima.
La Peer Hotel is located at 627 N La Peer Dr. 90069.
