THE PARTY A stylish crowd of influencers and actors, including Nathalie Love, Victoria Justice and Busy Philipps, flocked to West Hollywood to toast the opening of Rebecca Minkoff’s third eponymous boutique over glasses of bubbly. At 4,600 square feet, the airy tech-equipped store is the designer’s largest to date and first in Los Angeles. THE SCENE Rebecca and her brother, Uri Minkoff, pulled out all the stops for the soiree, which featured a customizable Smashbox Cosmetics lip gloss station, music by DJ and stylist Johnny Wujek and a special installation by famed artist Donald Robertson. THE HIGHLIGHTS Besides a vibrant mural he painted on the store’s facade and the uber-Instagrammable room he concocted inside, Robertson created quite the stir with a dynamic live-art presentation. Eager onlookers watched as the new-to-L.A. resident painted his signature bold motifs on items by Rebecca and Uri purchased that evening, giving partygoers the chance to own a piece by the fashion world’s latest obsession. –Photos by John Salangsang/
