The Los Angeles-based 501(c)3 animal rescue has been tirelessly gathering donations for displaced pets and delivering resources to shelters and other animal-based organizations. The foundation has also rescued current dogs from shelters to make room for additional animals displaced by the fires. Currently, they are still accepting donations for pet supplies, financial gifts and truck transport.

The Los Angeles animal-based social media page is staying up to date with pet resources available during the L.A. wildfires. Visit @puppyluvla on Instagram for dogs available for foster or adoption, stories of hope and relief efforts for displaced pets.
If your pet is currently missing due to the L.A. wildfires, create a free posting on petcolovelost.org. Turn on “New Pet Alerts,” which will notify you if your pet has been found.
As an emergency response grounds team and evacuation center, the nonprofit organization has already taken in 400 animals the Eaton Fire—contact 626.792.7151 x 970 to inquire about lost pets or animals found. The Pasadena Humane online portal is also accepting donations to help purchase medical supplies and resources for animals displaced by the fires.
In response to the influx of pets from the wildfires, all six city and seven county animal shelters are waiving adoption fees through Jan. 31, sponsored by Petco Love and Annenberg PetSpace.
SPCA LA is housing pets of evacuees as well as facilitating fostering and adoptions. Right now, the organization is looking for monetary donations to support these operations. Click here to donate.
Los Angeles County Animal Care & Control
The organization has immensely helped animals during this time of need. Agoura Animal Care Shelter, sponsored by Skechers, is currently waiving all adoption fees through Jan. 31.
The organization has opened two pet pantries, one at Best Friends Pet Adoption Center and the other at Best Friends Clinic, to provide everyday pet supplies such as food, litter, leashes and collars to those affected by the L.A. wildfires. No appointments are necessary.
Los Angeles Equestrian Society
The center serves as a designated evacuation shelter for large animals in the L.A. area. Note: Los Angeles Equestrian Society is currently at capacity.
The 501(c)3 accredited dog rescue is temporarily housing dogs displaced by the fires and facilitating foster homes throughout the county.
The volunteer-run nonprofit is taking in cats and small animals affected by the wildfires, providing essential supplies and medical care. They are also accepting donations for food, litter, carriers, dog collars and leashes at 1179 E Wardlow Rd., Long Beach.
The no-kill cat shelter is in need of foster homes for cats as well as donations to provide essential supplies for animals in crisis.
This rescue is helping dogs find fosters during this difficult time. If you and your family have been displaced by the wildfires, they will assist in finding a foster for your pet.
Pawsitive Beginnings LA, a shelter committed to rescuing puppies and their moms, is looking for donations—particularly dog food—as it continues to house displaced animals during the wildfires.
If you and your furry friend have been displaced during the L.A. wildfires, Furrytail Endings will provide you with two complimentary bags of dog food.
This private dog rescue is working to house and transport dogs displaced by the fires. Visit their Instagram page to learn how to send a donation or to see what supplies they are currently looking for.
The nonprofit organization hosted a supply drive gathering unused pet supplies both in person and through an online wishlist, with donations being dropped at local shelters and organizations that need it most. They are also gathering monetary donations.
For those displaced by the L.A. wildfires, South Bay Rodent Rescue will house your pet rats, mice and hamsters until it is safe for you to return home.
